Russian Red – Loving Strangers

Loving Strangers 是電影《羅馬慾樂園》的插曲，電影敘述兩個女生在羅馬的一夜情，確實和歌名一樣是愛上陌生人。在 Russian Red 甜美的聲音下，這首歌更顯得俏皮、純真。

歌詞開頭敘述一個落魄的單身女子，雖然她一毛錢也沒有，也沒有同伴或戀人，卻有著一顆熱情的心，或許在街角的咖啡廳，愛上了對座的陌生人。她的思緒已被這個陌生人佔據，因此心煩意亂。 “give me a coin and I’ll take you to the moon” 說的是只要他給她一點點小回應，她就願意付出全心去愛。即使對方只是個萍水相逢的人，”like you do when you lie, when you’re not in my thoughts” ，或許他對她有所保留，或許並非真心願意對她好，但她已如癡如醉，願意付出全部的自己。

一首很可愛的歌，我沒有看過電影《羅馬慾樂園》，不過我想這首歌要說的是單純愛著一個人的美好，如此簡單就可以愛上一個我們素不相識的人，便不顧代價、不顧回報地愛著，這件多麼幸福的事。
