（註） “Ground Control to Major Tom” 原自David Bowie的歌曲 “Space Oddity”。湯姆上校是一位到太空出任務的太空人，但太空船卻墜入無垠的宇宙再也回不來，不過在他生命的最後一刻，他在太空船上仍表現出快樂自信的樣子。
 

Lana Del Rey

Lana Del Rey 2015年的新專輯 Honeymoon即將發行，其實有好幾首單曲已經在7,8月發行了，在Youtube上已經可以聽到。原本有點擔心，經過了Born to Die (2012)和Ultraviolence (2014)兩張這麼成功的專輯，Lana Del Rey的風格會不會有所改變，畢竟有很多歌手紅了一陣子之後，曲風都會漸漸大眾化，失去原本獨有的特色。不過 Lana 的 Honeymoon專輯裡的歌曲似乎還是維持她一貫的復古風格，慵懶中帶有頹廢的迷人，沙啞的嗓音中，訴說著雋永的愛情故事。

Lana 表示，Terrence Loves You這首歌是整個專輯中她最喜歡的一首。歌詞中隱藏了不少玄機，待人細細品味。

Terrence Loves You歌詞敘述的是自己和同為歌手的前男友。她欣賞的是最真實的對方，因此不曾試圖改變對方。然而，這段感情並不持久。歌詞第二段中指出，因為她把自己定位為”他的女友”，因此，當她失去男友時，她便找不到自己的價值，失去了自我。因為兩人同是歌手的關係，兩人隨時可在收音機、電視上聽見看見對方，收音機、電視等工具，在分手後變成了觸景傷情的物品。

如此頻繁地在媒體中得知對方的訊息，卻無法像從前一樣交流，她也無可奈何，只能一笑置之。因此，歌詞的倒數第二段中引用了David Bowie的歌曲 “Space Oddity”（請見圖片上方註解）。既然兩人已無法回到過去，她選擇了隱藏悲傷，就像 “Space Oddity”中的湯姆上校一樣，即使知道自己再也回不去地球，也不顯露一絲悲傷，反而微笑以對。
