HILLTOP HOODS 是一個來自澳洲的 hip hop組合。 主要成員有 Suffa （Matt Lambert） 及 MC Pressure （Daniel Smith）。這首歌訴說 HILLTOP HOODS 的演藝生涯中遇到的困難，他們如何面對，以及他們對自己的期許。

第一段 Pressure 唱的部分闡述夢想對自己的重要性，如果一個人放棄夢想，就是出賣了自己，與其如此，他寧可不要這個沒有夢想的生命，選擇在睡夢中死去，至少在睡夢中他還可以有所希望。他為了追尋夢想而努力付出，付出後，他發現得到成功的果實才是真正的解放，也因此感受到自由。然而，會有如此成功，都是因為他的堅持與努力，他把這份堅持與努力擬人化成一個 “you”，”You the cornerstone of every bit of peace that I’ve known” 指的就是他因努力而得來的成就帶給他平靜。

Verse 2 Suffa 唱的部分，一開始提及的 “she” 指的應該是他的老婆，為了追求夢想，他必須時常離家，到各地巡迴演出，因此無法陪伴家人。最初，他的太太支持且看好他的努力與事業，但長期分離仍造成了兩人的隔閡，他也因此感到愧疚，說自己像個工作狂機器人，為了事業而犧牲自己人性的一面。這一段主要敘說 Suffa 為了他的音樂夢想而面臨夢想與家庭之間抉擇的兩難，最後，他選擇了花費更多時間與精力在夢想上，而且即使難過，也不後悔他的抉擇。

接下來 James Chatburn唱的部分，”Lost in the nether/ Only way is down”，用陰間地獄來形容自己在音樂生涯中的不順遂，似乎已跌到谷底，再也沒有別的出口，但他們仍不放棄，硬是要向上爬，相信自己最後必定為” fly into the sun/ And fall in flames to Earth”，他們的目標是最熾熱火紅的太陽（最熾熱火紅的歌手），如果為了達到這個目標，會燙傷自己，會將生命燃燒殆盡，那也無妨，只要能夠到達太陽，燦爛過後，再化為炫麗的碎片墜落地球，那也就足夠了。

是一首很振奮人心，但又帶著苦與淚的心酸之歌。只求在達到目標那最美麗的時刻墜落，讓世人記得他們瞬間卻永恆的燦爛。
