偶然在網路上聽到這首歌，才發現這是電影 《愛正好》 Now is Good 的主題曲。電影劇情敘述患有慢性淋巴性白血病的女主角，列了一個清單，寫著她死前要完成的心願，過程中她遇到了男主角，生命從此變得美麗。

雖然電影劇情老套了點，不過其實最初 I Know You Care 這首歌是Ellie Goulding寫給她爸爸的歌，她的爸爸在她五歲時因為父母離婚而離開了她。歌詞中主要傳達的訊息是後悔、理解、以及寬恕。兩人之間的情感遇到難題時，難免有衝突摩擦，若因為如此而造成隔閡，而走上一條錯的路，那麼結果可不是一句對不起就能彌補的。或許事隔多年後，我們會漸漸明白，當年自己的無知與自私，也會開始理解對方所作所為背後的意義，漸漸試著寬恕，找回這段感情情本該走的對路。
