一开始听 Angus and Julia Stone 的歌只是巧合，但连续听了几首，发现好喜欢 Angus Stone 的声音还有这种曲风，他们的许多歌曲都是类似的调调，只要爱上一首，很容易就不小心把整个专辑都听完了。

The Devil’s Tears 这首歌，如果有看美国影集的人应该会听过，它是《家族风云》中出现过的插曲。歌词内容叙述一个走上歧途的男人的故事。他被恶魔所引诱而做了许多违背良心的事，但他心里一直都惦记着他深爱的女人。或许两人是因某些事故而分开了，又或者他得不到那女人的爱，于是他只能透过各种放荡的行为来麻痺自己，好让自己安然无事度过没有她的一天。他选择了追随恶魔，做尽坏事，但他得到的不是快乐，而是泪水。内心深处，他仍保有一颗纯洁的心及一份真诚的爱，盼望着哪一天能和他的爱人相见。
