最初只是无意间听到 Angus and Julia Stone 的 For You ，觉得 Julia Stone 的声音很独特，结果就这样一首接一首停不下来了。Angus and Julia Stone 的音乐有种轻松小品的感觉，快乐的歌每首都甜甜淡淡的，悲伤的歌也是轻描淡写，或许就是这种淡淡的哀伤与快乐显得如此特别，好像轻轻拂过我们的心却能深深打动。

And the Boys 这首歌说的是人们在爱情中一次次犯下的错、一次次伤透了谁的心、却又一次次为谁心动。叙事者厌倦了在她生命中来来去去的男孩们，不管是另一半或者是她自己都一而再再而三地做出伤害对方的事，导致感情破裂。”And there’s gold falling from the ceiling of this world”中的 ceiling 指的是像神一样的存在，上天给她机会，要她好好把握如金子般珍贵的爱，但人在爱情中总是学不会。她一再错过、一再让爱溜走。附歌部份重复出现的 “falling from” 用得很巧妙，一开始是实质上的从天上“掉下来”，后来则是有“搞砸”、“出错”的意味。
