Groove Armada – Think Twice

Think Twice 是我无意间在 Youtube 上听见的歌曲，一听就爱上这种带点慵懒、沮丧、无奈的唱腔和曲风，即使在了解歌词之前，就已经被深深吸引。但首先必须说，这首歌的歌词看了又看，实在不是很确定意思，再加上要配合句与句之间的流畅，所以在翻译上没有一字一字对到，有些是经过我自己的诠释才翻出来的，有问题的话也请大家多指教。

我想这首歌说的是一种疲累的状态，对工作、对感情、对生活、甚至对生命都感到疲惫且无所适从，努力过却达不到目标的一种焦虑与无助。这种焦虑无助的感觉，或许就是歌词第二段所说的”Larger than life, niceties, bigger than you, more than me”，这种感觉或许很琐碎，不足以杀死你，却足以令你失眠无数个夜晚，正是这种心情阻挠了一切，阻挠了你我之间的进展，阻挠了生命的正常运作。

歌词中还提到了 Monday blue/ Sincere, caramel, champagne，我想，这里想表达的是工作与感情上的困扰，他愿意吞下难过，讨另一半开心，他对对方的真心却无所回报。有太多烦心的事情，他无法处理，唯一能做的，只有“闭上双眼，抛下那个下沉的感觉”。

最后一段的歌词我非常喜欢，把“生命”拟人成一个狡诈的 bitch，他不想再与“生命”这家伙斗了，只想奋力打它一拳。谁知道，这一拳的反弹却伤得他更痛，痛到他不想活。如此简单却鲜明的比喻，深刻说明了我们与生命搏斗显得多么渺小，也带点讽刺，说明我们唯有忍受、唯有委屈，其他都只是徒劳。
