偶然在网络上听到这首歌，才发现这是电影 《爱正好》 Now is Good 的主题曲。电影剧情叙述患有慢性淋巴性白血病的女主角，列了一个清单，写着她死前要完成的心愿，过程中她遇到了男主角，生命从此变得美丽。

虽然电影剧情老套了点，不过其实最初 I Know You Care 这首歌是Ellie Goulding写给她爸爸的歌，她的爸爸在她五岁时因为父母离婚而离开了她。歌词中主要传达的讯息是后悔、理解、以及宽恕。两人之间的情感遇到难题时，难免有冲突摩擦，若因为如此而造成隔阂，而走上一条错的路，那么结果可不是一句对不起就能弥补的。或许事隔多年后，我们会渐渐明白，当年自己的无知与自私，也会开始理解对方所作所为背后的意义，渐渐试着宽恕，找回这段感情情本该走的对路。
